We’re a day late, but it's because we've been bustling with activity at 3Advance. September was a dynamic month, and our dedicated team delivered with their usual expertise. We're geared up for an exciting October, and we're thrilled to welcome some team members on board full-time. Some standout moments included in-person meetups, which strengthened our connections with both team members and clients. Check out the highlights below. ‘Til next month 🫡

🤗 🙌 Meetups: Team ATX in DC + More

Our team had a few more gatherings this month. The Austin, TX team visited DC for an in-person meetup, allowing us to enjoy some well-deserved fun after work. Paul also attended the 1A Fest and caught up with Freedom Forum’s Mike Bateman. To round out the month, one of our most inspiring clients, Brightn’s Jeff Johnson, keynoted at Mobilize Recovery in DC, an annual event that brings together recovery advocates, nonprofit organizations, allies, business leaders and brands, government, and more. With the recent Brightn launch, Paul was able to arrange a much-needed meeting with Jeff in person (and even took a selfie to prove it!).

👨‍💻🆕 Newest Additions

This month we welcomed our newest team members, Jose Munoz and Jackson Jost! 🎉 While you may already know these talented individuals, we're excited to officially welcome them to our full-time team. Jose, our experienced Senior Web Developer, made the transition from an engineering contractor role. While Jackson, an aspiring entrepreneur, successfully completed our Product Manager training program (interested? Apply here to join our next cohort!). Jose hails from the Dominican Republic, and Jackson is a local DMV native. Both have already made a substantial impact here at 3A, especially in our collaboration with AARP Foundation.
