October was dominated by the impactful DCSW conference, where our ChatGPT workshop on crafting personal AI playbooks stole the spotlight as a crowd favorite. The announcement of our product workshop in October generated an enthusiastic response with numerous sign-ups, showcasing the keen interest of our community. AI was all the rave in October (and beyond 🫡) and we were all excited to see the appenings. 🤗 🙌 3A takes on DCSW

Prep: Weeks ahead of the conference we began preparations, making sure everything was in place from flights and accommodations for the out-of-town team to designing and ordering our 3A swag for maximum visibility at the event, integrating QR codes, website prep, announcing on social media… we could go on! Each member of the team brought their unique skills to the table, setting us up for success as we headed into the week.

Challenges: While we moved around quite a bit (sometimes last minute), events ran over (understandably so - conference logistics are no joke), we came together as a team and pulled it off. The DC team came through supporting and helping with the practical and moral support. We learned SO MUCH from this experience - most importantly, that we can't wait to do it again.

Chat GPT Workshop: Our ChatGPT workshop was awesome! It was a casual and collaborative drop-in/drop-out format designed for non-technical startup founders (but applicable to all). We used ChatGPT to review attendees’ bios, and automatically draft an action list to apply AI workflows in their day-to-day lives. We discussed attendees’ startups, app ideas, and current job functions, and modified their AI Playbook to maximize its impact. We received a lot of positive feedback from this - and had a blast meeting and sharing with so many fascinating folks. The networking at DCSW led to some incredible connections, with numerous sign-ups and enthusiastic applicants for our upcoming product workshop. It's been an engaging period of knowledge-sharing and community-building!

AI Highlights at 3Advance: The 3A-AI Slack channel hummed with excitement throughout October as our team delved into the latest AI developments. We've actively sought opportunities to integrate these advancements into our functions and products, aiming to boost productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency. Our exploration led us to harness the power of Canva's new AI, elevating various aspects of our marketing efforts. We’ve been incredibly impressed by DALL·E 3’s flawless images generated through prompts. Additionally, we dedicated time to refining our utilization of other AI tools such as Fathom, Zoom AI Companion, Asana AI, and Spinach.io. As we navigate these AI frontiers, it's clear that the future lies in artificial intelligence, and we're eagerly anticipating the transformative impact it will have on our journey forward.
